Mimyks CardioFlow

Mimyks CardioFlow is a contract service to simulate blood flow in cardiovascular structures from CT or MR images. We use parallel computing on high-performance computing clusters with fast turnaround times. Some examples include:

Mimyks CardioSeg

Mimyks CardioSeg is a contract service to provide high-quality annotations, ML models or water-tight 3D CAD models for FEM simulations:
 
  • Annotating anatomical structures (e.g., aorta, coronaries, heart chambers, etc.)
  • Develop pre-trained machine-learning models for automated segmentations.
  • Reconstruct water-tight CAD models for FEM simulations or 3D printing.

Mimyks CardioPrint

Mimyks CardioPrint provides cardiovascular phantoms for endovascular device deployment, surgical simulations and physiological measurements. We use state-of-the-art 3D printers, including Stratasys 850 DAP and Formlabs Form 4 printers. Some examples include:    
 
  • Stent deployment for aortic dissections
  • Coiling in cerebral aneurysms
  • Physiological assessment in TAVR.
